1, to prevent insufficient oil or lubricating oil deterioration
Lubricating oil is very important for the normal operation of air compressors, and has the role of lubrication, cooling and sealing。Less oil or lack of oil will lead to an increase in the internal friction of the air compressor, resulting in high temperature failure, and the use of lubricating oil has a certain replacement cycle, which needs to be replaced regularly to prevent the deterioration of lubricating oil and cause failure。
2, to prevent the air compressor working environment temperature is too high
The location of the air compressor installation should choose a well-ventilated, low temperature environment, can not be placed in the open air, can not be placed in a closed environment。If the ambient temperature is too high, the air compressor cannot dissipate heat, and the working load of the radiator increases。
3, prevent oil filter and air filter blockage
The compressed air of the air compressor contains a large number of dust impurities, if the oil filter and air filter are not cleaned in time, these particles will block the filter element, and the lubricating oil can not flow to the position that needs lubrication, resulting in an increase in the temperature of the air compressor, causing failure。
4, prevent temperature control valve failure

(2) Oil coking in the head is a phenomenon that often occurs when the oil is poor or the temperature is high in the screw compressor. Due to the coking of the head, the gap between the screw or the screw and the star wheel becomes smaller, the friction resistance increases during rotation, the load of the unit increases, and the current increases。In serious cases, the screw and the star wheel are bonded together by oil coke, and the unit cannot rotate freely。
(3) The function of the oil cut-off valve on the head injection pipe is to cut off the injection pipe in time when the unit is shut down to prevent a large number of lubricating oil from being pressed into the head due to the residual pressure in the oil and gas barrel, resulting in too much lubricating oil in the head。Therefore, excessive lubricating oil in the head after shutdown is also one of the reasons for the large starting current of the compressor。The direct way to solve the problem of excessive lubricating oil in the head is to open the head end cover, release part of the lubricating oil in the head, and repair or replace the oil cutoff valve。
